Guidance Update Report

Amano Corporation <6436> [TSE-P] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on October 25th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) has been revised upward by 18.0%, from the previous forecast of 8.9 billion yen to 10.5 billion yen (compared to 8.6 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 3.4% to 22.0%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for two consecutive terms.

Furthermore, the full-year consolidated ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 22 billion yen(compared to 20.8 billion yen in the previous period).

In light of the strong performance, the dividend for the first half of this fiscal year has been increased from the original plan of 45 yen to 50 yen (compared to 40 yen in the same period of the previous year), resulting in the annual dividend of 145 yen.
