Mars Group, 12% Decrease in Ordinary Profit for The Current Fiscal Year

Earnings ReportMars Group Holdings Corporation <6419> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 14th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 4.7% from the previous period to 13 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 12.1% from the previous period to 11.5 billion yen.
At the same time, the company plans to remove the commemorative dividend of the previous term and set the dividend for this term at an ordinary dividend of 150 yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 1.78 billion yen, a 33.0% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 27.3% in the same period last year to 23.1%.
