ANEST IWATA Corporation <6381> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 9th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 10.6% from the previous period to 7.13 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 6.0% from the previous period to 6.71 billion yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to significantly increase the dividend this fiscal year to 83 yen, an increase of 38 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 1.42 billion yen, a 33.3% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 11.6% in the same period last year to 8.8%.
