Earnings ReportMeiji Machine Co.,Ltd. <6334> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 13th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 18.5% from the previous period to 314 million yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 26.8% from the previous period to 230 million yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 4 yen to 6 yen (compared to 4 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 6 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 77.8% from the same period last year, reaching 345 million yen. The operating profit margin rose from 10.8% in the same period last year to 12.6%.
