Earnings ReportTEIKOKU ELECTRIC MFG.CO.,LTD. <6333> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 12th (17:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 15.7% from the previous period to 6.29 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 18.7% from the previous period to 5.12 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 96 yen to 110 yen (compared to 92 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 110 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 36.1% from the same period last year, reaching 1.75 billion yen. The operating profit margin jumped from 14.3% in the same period last year to 20.9%.
