TAKAKITA CO.,LTD. <6325> [TSE-S] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on October 31st (13:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has downwardly by 32.6%, from the previous forecast of 782 million yen to 527 million yen (compared to 1.03 billion yen in the previous period), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 24.1% to 48.8%.

Furthermore, April to September (first half) ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 310 million yen(compared to 545 million yen in the previous period).
