OKADA AIYON CORPORATION <6294> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results at noon (11:30) on May 14th. The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 20.5% from the previous period to 2.23 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 11.7% to 2.5 billion yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 75 yen, an increase of 1 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 0.34 billion yen, a 10.3% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin improved from 4.8% in the same period last year to 6.6%.
