Atrae, Inc. <6194> [TSE-P] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on November 13th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2024 increased by 67.4% from the previous period to 1.54 billion yen. With the transition to non-consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending September 2025, the ordinary profit (non-consolidated) is expected to expand to 33.6% from the previous period 前期consolidated to 2.06 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 25 yen, an increase of 4 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged to 3.4 times that of the same period last year, reaching 542 million yen. The operating profit margin drastically improved from 8.2% in the same period last year to 22.7%.

Note: Since the fiscal year ending September 2025, the company has transitioned to non-consolidated financial statements.
