NAKAMURA CHOUKOU to Pay Commemorative Dividend for FY March 2026, First Dividend in 10 Years
NAKAMURA CHOUKOU CO., LTD. <6166> announced after the close of trading that it will pay a commemorative dividend of \5 per share at the end of the fiscal year ending March 2026. The company had previously expected to pay no dividend. The decision was made after comprehensively considering business performance and financial conditions. This will be the first dividend payment since the fiscal year ended March 2016, marking a 10-year absence.
