ESTIC CORPORATION <6161> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on January 29th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to December) decreased 18.9% from the same period last year to 0.93 billion yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 1.73 billion yen was 54.0%, also falling below the five-year average of 72.5%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to expand 40.2% from the same period last year, reaching 0.79 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 0.34 billion yen, a 31.9% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin significantly dropped from 26.5% in the same period last year to 18.5%.
