NITTO KOHKI CO.,LTD. <6151> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 15th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 11.0% from the previous period to 2.51 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026 is also bleak, with an expected significant drop by 70.5% from the previous period to 0.74 billion yen. This will be the third consecutive term of declining profits.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 40 yen, an increase of 1 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 0.32 billion yen, a 38.3% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin drastically worsened from 8.7% in the same period last year to 4.0%.
