KOIKE SANSO KOGYO CO.,LTD. <6137> [TSE-S] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on November 8th (17:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward by 8.3%, from the previous forecast of 4.8 billion yen to 5.2 billion yen (compared to 5.14 billion yen in the previous period), record profits reach two consecutive terms, turning to a 1.0% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

At the same time, the April to September period (first half) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward by 18.6%, from the previous forecast of 2.2 billion yen to 2.6 billion yen (compared to 2.18 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 0.5% to 19.2%.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 200 yen to 220 yen (compared to 200 yen in the previous period).
