Livesense Inc. <6054> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 12th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2024 decreased 59.9% from the previous period to 260 million yen. In the fiscal year ending December 2025 is also bleak, with an expected significant drop by 70.8% from the previous period to 76 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit/loss turned to a loss of 78 million yen (compared to a profit of 139 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically worsened from 6.9% in the same period last year to -7.5%.
