Kairikiya Co.,Ltd. <5891> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 14th (15:45). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2024 (January to September) increased by 15.8% from the same period last year, reaching 703 million yen. The progress rate against the 747 million yen full-year plan was 94.1%, also surpassing the progress rate of 89.1% from the same period of the previous year.

Based on the third-quarter cumulative performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the ordinary profit for the October to December period (4Q) is expected to drop by 40.5% from the same period last year to 44 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the ordinary profit grew by 27.6% from the same period last year, reaching 273 million yen. The operating profit margin improved from 7.8% in the same period last year to 8.4%.
