SOLIZE Corporation <5871> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 14th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2024 dropped 52.5% from the previous period to 416 million yen, although it exceeded the initial forecast of 327 million yen. In the fiscal year ending December 2025, the profit is expected to recover to 20.2% to 500 million yen. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 55 yen, an increase of 8 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 215 million yen, a 51.5% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin drastically worsened from 8.2% in the same period last year to 3.7%.
