SOLIZE Corporation <5871> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 8th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2024 (January to September) significantly dropped by 53.6% from the same period last year to 201 million yen. The progress rate against the 327 million yen full-year plan was 61.5%, which was higher than the same period of the previous year of 49.4%.

Based on the third-quarter cumulative performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to December period (4Q) is expected to significant drop by 71.6% from the same period last year to 126 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 141 million yen, a 42.4% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 5.0% in the same period last year to 2.3%.
