Rococo Co.Ltd. <5868> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 14th (17:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2024 (January to September) dropped by 33.2% from the same period last year to 251 million yen. The progress rate against the 360 million yen full-year plan was 69.7%, also falling below the same period of the previous year of 83.6%.

Based on the third-quarter cumulative performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to December period (4Q) is expected to expand by 47.3% from the same period last year, reaching 109 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged to 3.5 times that of the same period last year, reaching 208 million yen. The operating profit margin drastically improved from 4.1% in the same period last year to 9.7%.
