AUTOSERVER CO.,LTD. <5589> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 13th (16:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2025 (January to September) decreased 7.3% from the same period last year to 1.82 billion yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 2.38 billion yen was 76.6%, below the same period of the previous year of 79.2%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the ordinary profit for the October to December period (4Q) is expected to grow 8.3% from the same period last year, reaching 0.55 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the ordinary profit grew 5.2% from the same period last year, reaching 0.62 billion yen. The operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 38.8% in the same period last year to 38.8%.
