O.B.System Inc. <5576> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on January 23rd (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to December) was 461 million yen, a 2.4% increase compared to the same period last year. However, Progress toward the full-year plan of 767 million yen was 60.1%, also falling below the three-year average of 73.3%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to expand 90.1% from the same period last year, reaching 306 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 31.3% from the same period last year, reaching 231 million yen. The operating profit margin improved from 8.5% in the same period last year to 8.9%.
