O.B.System Inc. <5576> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 10th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December) decreased 3.7% from the previous period non-consolidated to 448 million yen. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 636 million yen was 70.4%, also falling below the same period of the previous year of 73.6%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to grow 12.6% from the previous period non-consolidated to 188 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 175 million yen, a 11.2% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 10.8% in the same period last year to 8.5%.
