Globee Inc. <5575> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 14th (15:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending May 2025 (June 2024 to February 2025) expanded 324 million yen, an increase 37.3% compared to the same period last year. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 400 million yen was 81.0%, also surpassing the progress rate of 73.8% from the same period of the previous year.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the ordinary profit for the March to May period (4Q) is expected to decrease 9.5% from the same period last year to 76 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from December to February (3Q), the ordinary profit increased 30.4% from the same period last year, reaching 103 million yen. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 25.3% in the same period last year to 24.8%.
