Earnings ReportKYOEI STEEL LTD. <5440> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on April 30th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 was 3.0% from the previous period to 16.2 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 13.6% from the previous period to 14.0 billion yen.
At the same time, the company has decided to reduce the dividend this fiscal year to 70 yen, a decrease of 20 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 3.55 billion yen, a 39.3% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 6.8% in the same period last year to 4.3%.
