EYEZ,INC. <5242> [TSE-G] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 14th (15:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2024 (January to September) significantly dropped by 66.7% from the same period last year to 23 million yen. The progress rate against the full-year plan of 21 million yen is 109.5%, but was lower than the the same period of the previous year of 164.3%.

Based on the third-quarter cumulative performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the ordinary loss for the October to December period (4Q) is expected to further decrease to loss of 2 million yen (compared to a loss of 27 million yen in the same period last year).

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the ordinary loss expanded to a loss of 16 million yen (compared to a loss of 16 million yen in the same period last year). However, the operating profit/loss margin remained almost flat, changing from -6.8% in the same period last year to -6.7%.
