Guidance Update ReportTESS Holdings CO.,Ltd. <5074> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on August 7th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss forecast for the fiscal year ending June 2025 has been revised downward from an expected profit of 0.40 billion yen to a loss of 0.65 billion yen (compared to a profit of 7.66 billion yen in the previous period), turning to a loss outlook.
Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the January to June period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit/loss has been revised downward from an expected profit of 0.16 billion yen to a loss of 0.89 billion yen (compared to a profit of 6.20 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.
Due to a decline in performance, the company has significantly reduced its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 7.66 yen to 5.12 yen (compared to 16 yen in the previous period).
