DRAFT Inc. <5070> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 14th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2024 increased 19.9% from the previous period to 1.01 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending December 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 9.1% to 1.11 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fourth consecutive term of revenue and the third consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 7 yen to 12 yen (compared to 6 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 14 yen, an increase of 2 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 0.23 billion yen, a 71.0% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin sharply declined from 17.7% in the same period last year to 8.8%.
