IC CO.,LTD. <4769> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 8th (15:40). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2024 increased by 16.0% from the previous period to 552 million yen. However, for the fiscal year ending September 2025, the profit is expected to decrease by 2.9% from the previous period to 536 million yen.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 32 yen to 35 yen (compared to 34 yen in the prior term). For the current term, the company plans to remove the special dividend of the previous term and set the dividend for this term at an ordinary dividend of 34 yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit/loss turned to a loss of 62 million yen (compared to a profit of 24 million yen in the same period last year).
