Shares of USS climb following a year-on-year increase in auction volume for the January-March quarter.
Shares of USS <4732> traded firmly. Following the market close on the 6th, the company released preliminary group auction results for the January?March quarter. During this period, the number of units consigned increased 4.6% year-on-year, while contracted units rose 10.1%, a robust performance that bolstered investor confidence. The contract rate improved to 69.0%, up from 65.5% in the same period last year.
For the full fiscal year ended March 2026, USS reported a 9.4% year-on-year increase in both units consigned and contracted units. The annual contract rate stood at 67.0%, remaining flat compared to the previous fiscal year.
