Earnings ReportID Holdings Corporation <4709> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on April 30th (13:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 35.0% from the previous period to 3.86 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending March 2026, the profit is expected to grow by 3.8% to 4.01 billion yen, marking the fourth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and profit growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 67 yen to 70 yen (compared to 50 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 70 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 54.9% from the same period last year, reaching 0.96 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 7.2% in the same period last year to 10.1%.
