PARK24 Co., Ltd. <4666> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on December 16th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending October 2024 increased 28.1% from the previous period to 35.4 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending October 2025, the profit is nearly flat with a slight increase of 0.2% to 35.5 billion yen, marking the third consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fourth consecutive term of revenue and the third consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to significantly increase the dividend this fiscal year to 30 yen, an increase of 25 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from August to October (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 74.3% from the same period last year, reaching 11.4 billion yen. The operating profit margin significantly improved from 8.6% in the same period last year to 12.0%.
