Guidance Update Report

TOKYO PRINTING INK MFG. CO., LTD. <4635> [TSE-S] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 25th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward by 15.2%, from the previous forecast of 1.05 billion yen to 1.21 billion yen (compared to 986 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 6.5% to 22.7%.

At the same time, the April to September period (first half) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward by 3.6%, from the previous forecast of 280 million yen to 290 million yen (compared to 499 million yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 43.9% to 41.9%.
