NIPPON PAINT HOLDINGS CO.,LTD. <4612> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on February 14th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending December 2024 increased 7.5% from the previous period to 127 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending December 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 5.2% to 134 billion yen. This will be the sixth consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 16 yen, an increase of 1 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated net income grew 16.4% from the same period last year, reaching 29.1 billion yen. The operating profit margin rose from 10.4% in the same period last year to 11.0%.
