MORISHITA JINTAN CO.,LTD. <4524> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on November 5th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to September) has decreased 44.2%, from the previous forecast of 520 million yen to 290 million yen (compared to 262 million yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 98.5% to 10.7%.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 950 million yen(compared to 870 million yen in the previous period).
