MORISHITA JINTAN CO.,LTD. <4524> [TSE-S] announced a performance revision after the market closed on November 6th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) has downwardly by 50.0%, from the previous forecast of 520 million yen to 260 million yen (compared to 645 million yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 19.4% to 59.7%.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 900 million yen(compared to 815 million yen in the previous period).
