infoNet inc. <4444> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 13th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to September) turned into a loss of 114 million yen (compared to a profit of 41 million yen in the same period last year).

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to March period (second half) is expected to surge 2.4 times that of the same period last year, reaching 294 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (2Q), the consolidated ordinary profit/loss turned to a loss of 46 million yen (compared to a profit of 44 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically worsened from 9.4% in the same period last year to -9.9%.
