Global Security Experts, The Undecided Dividend Set at 32.73 Yen, an actual increase of 57%

Global Security Experts Inc. <4417> [TSE Growth] announced a revision to its dividend after the market closed on July 11th (15:30). The previously undecided the first half of the fiscal year ending March 2026 will be set at 16.36 yen (compared to 20.85 yen in the same period of the previous year), and the previously undecided the dividend for the second half will be set at 16.37 yen. The annual will be 32.73 yen.

Taking into account the 2-for-1 forward stock split implemented in May 2025, this will effectively result in a 56.9% increase in dividends.
