TeamSpirit Inc. <4397> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 11th (15:30). The consolidated net income/loss for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending August 2025 (September 2024 to February 2025) turned into a profit of 110 million yen (compared to a loss of 63 million yen in the same period last year).

In addition, the full-year consolidated net income has been revised upward 14.3%, from the previous forecast of 105 million yen to 120 million yen (compared to a loss of 180 million yen in the previous period).

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated net income/loss for the March to August period (2H) is expected to turn into a profit of 10 million yen (compared to a loss of 117 million yen in the same period last year).

In the most recent three-month period, from December to February (2Q), the consolidated net income/loss turned to a profit of 73 million yen (compared to a loss of 28 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically improved from -3.0% in the same period last year to 7.1%.
