RAKSUL INC. <4384> [TSE-P] announced its financial results after the market closed on September 12th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending July 2024 increased by 74.7% from the previous period to 2.04 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending July 2025, the profit is expected to expand to 44.5% to 2.95 billion yen, marking the third consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the twelfth consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 2.3 yen, an increase of 0.6 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from May to July (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased by 87.0% from the same period last year, reaching 172 million yen. However, the operating profit margin worsened from 2.8% in the same period last year to 2.5%.
