HEROZ, Inc. <4382> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on March 13th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending April 2025 (May 2024 to January 2025) significantly dropped 73.5% from the same period last year to 91 million yen. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 450 million yen was 20.2%, also falling below the five-year average of 76.7%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the February to April period (4Q) is expected to surge 14 times that of the same period last year, reaching 359 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from November to January (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 42 million yen, a 67.9% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin sharply declined from 11.6% in the same period last year to 4.6%.
