TOHO SYSTEM SCIENCE CO.,LTD. <4333> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on January 31st (15:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December) increased 6.0% from the same period last year, reaching 1.18 billion yen. However, the progress rate toward the full-year plan of 1.71 billion yen was 69.3%, also falling below the five-year average of 72.3%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to grow 12.9% from the same period last year, reaching 0.52 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the ordinary profit amounted to 0.42 billion yen, an increase of 1.4% compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 10.4% in the same period last year to 9.8%.
