Guidance Update Report

Ray Corporation <4317> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 9th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending February 2026 has been revised upward 30.0%, from the previous forecast of 1.00 billion yen to 1.30 billion yen (compared to 1.05 billion yen in the previous period), turning to a 23.8% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

At the same time, the March to August period (first half) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 44.1%, from the previous forecast of 0.54 billion yen to 0.77 billion yen (compared to 0.23 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 2.3 times to 3.3 times, reaches new record high for the first time in three terms.
