The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending February 2026 (March to November) decreased 17.5% from the previous period non-consolidated to 463 million yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 748 million yen was 61.9%, also falling below the four-year average of 75.6%.
Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the December to February period (4Q) is expected to surge 2.5 times that of the previous period non-consolidated to 285 million yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from September to November (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 111 million yen, a 32.7% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin drastically worsened from 7.1% in the same period last year to 4.1%.
