CNS Co.,Ltd. <4076> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on July 11th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended May 2025 decreased by 10.0% from the previous period to 585 million yen, falling below the forecast of 676 million yen, a complete reversal from the forecasted increase in profit. For the fiscal year ending May 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 1.7% from the previous period to 575 million yen.

At the same time, the company plans to remove the commemorative dividend of the previous term and set the dividend for this term at an ordinary dividend of 50 yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from March to May (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 16.3% from the same period last year, reaching 143 million yen. The operating profit margin improved from 6.4% in the same period last year to 7.4%.
