Plus Alpha Consulting Co.,LTD. <4071> [TSE-P] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 8th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2024 increased by 23.4% from the previous period to 4.54 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending September 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 23.3% to 5.6 billion yen, marking the ninth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the ninth consecutive term of revenue and profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 18 yen, an increase of 2 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew by 28.9% from the same period last year, reaching 1.43 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 36.7% in the same period last year to 35.5%.
