Resonac Holdings Corporation <4004> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 13th (15:30). The consolidated net income/loss for the fiscal year ending December 2024 turned into a profit of 55.4 billion yen (compared to a loss of 18.9 billion yen in the previous period). With the transition to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for the fiscal year ending December 2025 is also bleak, with an expected significant drop by 26 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated net income/loss turned to a profit of 4.65 billion yen (compared to a loss of 12.5 billion yen in the same period last year). The operating profit margin drastically improved from 0.2% in the same period last year to 5.5%.
