Dynapac, First Half Ordinary Profit Revised Upward to an Unexpected 6% Increase, Full Year also Increased

Guidance Update ReportDynapac Co., Ltd. <3947> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on May 12th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2025 (January to June) has been revised upward 36.4%, from the previous forecast of 1.1 billion yen to 1.5 billion yen (compared to 1.42 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 5.6% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
Following the strong performance in the first half, the full-year consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 13.3%, from the previous forecast of 3 billion yen to 3.4 billion yen (compared to 2.48 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 20.5% to 36.6%. The company has further increased its previous forecast of record profits for the first time in thirty four years.
