Rengo Co., Ltd. <3941> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on August 5th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to June) decreased 20.9% from the same period last year to 10.4 billion yen. However, Progress toward the plan for the six months ending September (first half) of 20.0 billion yen was 52.4%, almost the same as the five-year average of 54.6%.

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (1Q), the operating profit margin worsened from 5.0% in the same period last year to 4.2%.
