R&D COMPUTER CO.,LTD. <3924> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 13th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December) decreased 26.9% from the same period last year to 0.88 billion yen. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 1.26 billion yen was 69.7%, which was higher than the five-year average of 57.3%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to decrease 28.7% from the same period last year to 0.38 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 0.38 billion yen, a 10.2% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 12.8% in the same period last year to 12.3%.
