Guidance Update Report

NIPPON TECHNO LAB INC. <3849> [SSE Ambs] announced a performance revision after the market closed on February 13th (16:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has decreased 90.0%, from the previous forecast of 200 million yen to 20 million yen (compared to 125 million yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 84.0% decrease in profit.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) ordinary profit has decreased 76.6%, from the previous forecast of 235 million yen to 55 million yen (compared to 111 million yen in the same period of the previous year). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 50.5% decrease in profit.

At the same time, the year-end lump-sum dividend remains undecided.
