Earnings ReportTECHMATRIX CORPORATION <3762> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on May 9th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 14.7% from the previous period to 4.06 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated net income is expected to grow by 20.2% to 4.88 billion yen, marking the eleventh consecutive term of record-high profits.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 32 yen to 34 yen (compared to 28 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 36 yen, an increase of 2 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income amounted to 1.16 billion yen, a 2.7% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 13.2% in the same period last year to 10.3%.
