Aeria Inc. <3758> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 14th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2024 (January to September) turned into a loss of 296 million yen (compared to a profit of 555 million yen in the same period last year).

In addition, the full-year consolidated ordinary profit/loss has been revised downward from an expected profit of 700 million yen to a loss of 250 million yen (compared to a profit of 752 million yen in the previous period), turning to a loss outlook.

Based on the full-year plan announced by the company after the downward revision, our estimate of the consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the July to December period (second half) has been revised downward from an expected profit of 942 million yen to a loss of 8 million yen (compared to a profit of 39 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.

At the same time, the company has decided to implement a year-end lump-sum dividend of 5 yen for the current fiscal year, which was previously undecided (compared to 5 yen in the prior term).

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the consolidated ordinary loss improved to a deficit of loss of 54 million yen (compared to a loss of 158 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically improved from -3.8% in the same period last year to 1.3%.
